User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Webwrkspros websites (the "Website(s)"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or content. You acknowledge and agree that Web Works Pros LLC is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will cease immediately. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Southwest Ranches Florida USA, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through our attorney. The language of the arbitration shall be english. The place of arbitration shall be Fort Lauderdale FL.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Webworkspros concerning the Website and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Web Works Pros LLC with respect to the Website.
